Multiple height with same parts

Hello,

I would like to print a part with 2 differents qualities.

I have a part that I want to print in .20mm and on top I have text that I would like to print in 0.10mm.

Is it possible to print 2 differents heights on the same part?

Hello Joan,

thanks for the suggestion.

What is your suggestion to improve the printing of numbers and letters. I tried the height from .2 to .1 but it is not always clean. I take the character size of 14 points

Hi Serge,

14pt is quite a small type size.
to maximise your chances of good resolution,
use a 'San Serif' type style such as 'Arial' (Bold) or 'Arial Black'
If you can, use all Capital characters.
reduce the number of perimeters to one (to allow the maximum space for infill)
on the example that I used, I set the slicer to use a single perimeter on all top layers
for small text I would consider reducing the perimeter extrusion width on the top surface, to  the nozzle size, to maximise the space for infill...

regards Joan
