Multicolor print (1 extruder) => please help
Hello all!
Sorry for my english, I'm french 🙂
I try to print an objet which has numbers engraved in the surface.
What I wanted to do, is to change the color of the botom of the numbers, but only there, not on the whole layer.
I've looking inside PrusaControl, and it seems to change color for the whole layer, so the edge will show 2 colors, or I want only one color outside.
I don't know if it's understadable 🙂

It is relatively easy to do with raised letters. Print a solid background color. Pause the print to change colors. Print the raised letters.
If the letters need to be inset, like they were cut, then you need to reverse the image. The lower layer is the letter color. The top layer is the background color that needs to be a negative image. It is mostly solid except where the letters need to show.

I'm exactly in this case, but I don't see how to do what you say, do you have some pics or any how-to guide? 🙂
