Mulitmaterial printing gaps between colors How to fix?
I am having a great time printing with my MK3S+ and have ran a few Kilometers of filament through it with very little issues. I am not sure if these issues can be corrected or not but figured I would ask before I give up. When printing with multiple color through my palette, I am getting these pin holes all over in the final print in-between different color sections where they come to a point. Is this possible to fix? I couldn't figure out how to attach the 3mf file but I did include screen shots in the slicer showing that there will be gaps and the settings used. If there is any other information needed I will be more than happy to provide. Thank you in advance for all of your help.
What happens if you try slicing those sections as separate items - do those very fine points slice OK?
I suspect you are encountering the limits of resolution of a 0.4mm nozzle.
Cheerio,

I was figuring that I was just at the limits of the nozzle. I was just hoping I was able to make the sections overlap more with a setting.
Either redesign with truncated corners or use a smaller nozzle.
