Missing layer when slicing in Prusa Slicer

Hello everyone, anybody know why a model with no detected errors is missing layer lines when it is being sliced ?

I added an image (ObjectWithoutErrors.png) of the loaded model in Prusa Slicer so you can see there is no errors and two others (MissingLayers1.png, MissingLayers1b.png) that show the problem/missing layer lines.

Anyone know why it is doing that ? I tried to repair the model in different tools even if it had no errors but the problem persist. I also tried to change some settings in the slicer to see if it would disappear but nothing changes.

This "bug" is the reason that the toad teeth don't print without problems, the printer is printing in the air because of this bug :-/.

Thank you for your help and have a nice day !

Save, zip and post the slicer project, so people can see what's up.

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.
Find out why this is pinned in the general section!

As Robin says we would need the saved project file to be certain.  However the default slicing option of arachne has problems with geo like cones which those teeth look like.  The default settings are 'good for most' and not expected to work for ALL.

Changing to Classic usually works or changing some of the arachne settings can also work, but is all geometry dependent.

Hello, thank you all for your help. I modified the settings to use Classic instead of Arachne and it did help me with another model that i had problems with the layers skipping. That model had cone like features going up and it fixed the issue. But, for some reason, for this model it doesn't fix the issue completely (Slurk_No_Drool_fixed). It seems that because the fangs are going in a downward direction the slicer doesn't compensate and keeps the starting point of the supports where the original layers where placed.

With the setting "Perimetor generator" selected at Classic. Yellow arrow is the support starting point and the blue arrow is where the first layer of the fang will start printing :

No missing layers now though.  What you report there is a support issue and so a completely different problem.  Its 1am so a bit late to look at your project at the moment but I'll see if I can make some time tomorrow.
