I'm having issues with strings on my prints. I've dried the filament. I've tried slowing the speed down. I've tried increasing the Temp to 210. Nothing I do seems to improve my results.
Resent setting is:
PRUSA i3 MK3 0.05 ultra detail setting, Speed 30, Print Temp 200, retraction distance 0.8, retraction speed 35, z hop box checked.

What filament is this?
If you are using the default 0.04mm nozzle then I don't see much detail requiring 0.05mm layers (on this side), I suggest trying again at 0.15mm layer height after drying a bit more just in case. If you can get a clean print with thicker layers but you still want to go lower you will be able to change settings in baby steps until you find an optimum.

I am using PLA. Default nozzle. I will defiantly give this setting a try.

Diem is right, I would even say it is pretty much impossible to get good results with a 0.04mm nozzle and the default ultra-thin settings. Just look at the extrusion width parameters: every extrusion width is more than the 0.04mm nozzle opening meaning you need to squeeze out material to the side to get this done. This works fine for the default 0.02 mm layer height but gets more and more difficult when you try to reduce the height.
All the Prusa profiles have extrusion width calibrated that way and it results in very good prints for layer heights of 0.015mm and more but it is not the only way to calibrate a printer, actually it is possible to calibrate for extrusion widths below nozzle diameter but it takes quite a bit of time and effort to do so. A very good and detailed tutorial is from a german 3d-printer community that does not exist anymore, you can fin it in the webarchive:

Or get a smaller diameter nozzle and don't bother...
