Looks good, prints bad
If I want to turn a circle into a mesh circle: Add Circle > Extrude > Solidify. Looks good in Blender 3.4, looks good in PrusaSlicer 2.5.1. But printing no. Starts with a quarter of a circle. What can be the reason?
How can I make a circle with round wire like e.g. filament?
RE: Looks good, prints bad
At a minimum we would need the model you are using but better would be a saved project from PRUSA slicer that suffers from your issue. File>save project as. This will save a 3mf, a 3mf contains the model and all the settings you are slicing with. It will allow us to debug any issues much easier.
However you must zip up the 3mf to attach it to the forum. If you don’t it will just silently not install.
Could be your blender output and hence the model has errors, could be your settings. Impossible to know without more info.

I understand Neophyl.
I did receive the MK3S+ 3 weeks ago and started to print objects without calibrating anything. Did work fine! After several movements of the printer table… not any more.
Did all calibrations I could find and it’s fixed.
Still learning…

Thanks Chuck! Began this year at the age of 78 with Blender and 3D printing. Wouldn't work if I was quickly frustrated 🙂
