Flat areas not consistent

While my calibration says everything is good. What can I do to create consistent flat surfaces. As you can see some areas print just fine but clearly the consistency I'm used to on another brand of 3D printer isn't happening. Clearly there's something to fix this and I greatly appreciate any advice.

Running Firmware 3.11.0-4955 which came with the printer a few weeks ago.

What kind of infill are you using? Could the infill be sparse enough that the printer isn't laying out flat layers on the top?  Also, I'm assuming that the photo shows the top of the print.  Is that right?

Yes photo is showing what the top of the flat print looks like. I am using 15% infill on the print. The rest of the print is solid and where I would like it.  What is the flat top of the item ends up looking like this.  I have seen the more advanced calibration settings where I can individually adjust the sectors but wanted to post here before I when into that level of adjustment.

Warping like that is usually due to the first layer lifting off the print sheet;  The print curves and the top layer is shorter than designed causing excess filament to crinkle.

So the standard first layer calibration and clean print-sheet advice applies.

Cheerio,
