Layers don't stick strongly enough to each other

Hi, I've been printing successfuly for a year and a half now. Recently I started seeing an issue where there's an ahesion problem between printed layers. This affects moving parts causing them to break after a short while perpendicular to the printing z axis. In the image below you can see two such locations. What is causing this problem? How can I fix it?

I'm printing with PLA on the MK3S+ with MMU2S installed (but only one filament on this print so this should not be the cause).

Under-extrusion? Could be caused by a boatload of factors. Temperature too low. Physical issues, from partially clogged nozzle to physical elements that may create a constraint along the filament path somewhere. Wet filament. Incorrect idler screw setting. Etc. One place to start: https://help.prusa3d.com/article/under-extrusion_2007

All the above as Fuchsr says.  That isn't Tropical Green Silk PLA from Spectrum is it ?  I ask as its about the same colour and it did exactly the same, partially clogs all the time giving those gaps in the layers, breaks apart as soon as you look at it etc.

Thanks, I'll have a look. Could possibly be wet filament since I've had it for a while, but it isn't breaking nor is it causing any other problems during print that are associated with wet filament. Also, I did some hot and cold pulls recently from the extruder so I assume it's clean, but I guess there is no way to be sure.

The filament is Prusament PLA Blend Lime Green
