Here's my completed 15 hour wall...
A perfect print - no deformations or blemishes.
I just started the back wall test with my horizontal supports, which will take about 6.5 hours to complete. I may know late tonight whether it was successful.
I'll report on it's outcome tomorrow.

We have success!
You can see in the photos where the supports are and the edges of the wall are smooth as silk - just what I was looking for.
Thanks for the help and for providing a sounding board for my ramblings.
Now off to add supports to the other wall sections...
