Layer shifting frog?

I've been able to print ~30 models before I started seeing issues like the picture below. I'll print the circle test to make sure the first layer is good, and each time I get a circle that seems pretty good. I'm seeing soft stringing as I go and can't quite figure out what the problem is. Could it be related to the nozzle? If the nozzle output is somehow damaged?

That broken layer in the back looks bad.

If you would, print a calibration cube and post that for us.

Also, what nozzle, what filament, and what temperatures.

At least your first layer brim looks good...

Is this gcode the 50um Treefrog included on the sampler SD card?

Have you printed any filled materials, like glow in the dark, metal flake, or metal filled plastics?  Or any unusual samples?

Oh - and the frog image doesn't show any shifting: that is plain and simple extreme under extrusion.
