Layer Adhesion Issue
I am trying to print a model in PETG but am getting the effect below. For context, I work at a company where we have 6 Prusas to print enclosures for electronics, and they have been running for 3 years straight. I am in charge of fixing them and the person who took care of them before didn’t do a good job. The nozzle assemblies have been replaced but I’m not sure if on this one. I got all the other ones to work, this is the last one causing me a headache. For context, I replaced the steel sheet with a brand new one, cold pulled several times, recalibrated PID, Pinda and Z height, replaced ptfe tube and adjusted live Z. Recalibrating Z and replacing the sheet made it a bit better. The only last thing I can think to do is replace the nozzle itself. Does anyone have any ideas what else I can try? It seems to me like an under extrusion issue but all 5 other prusas are just as old and have been used just as long and don’t have the same issue, and I am not sure what could have caused it on this particular one.

I admit I always have a hard time gauging these things from photos but to me this looks like the nozzle is digging into the first layer, so Live Z too low.
Formerly known on this forum as @fuchsr -- until all hell broke loose with the forum software...
@fuchsr is probably right - it doesn't look regular enough for a damaged nozzle - but hey, they are cheap...
I presume you have tried swapping the filament spool with one from a working printer in case you got a rogue sample?
