Layer adhesion a little to strong
When I remove a print after it’s done I get these weird white marks and the adhesion is pretty strong I clean after every print with 96% alcohol

These are micro fractures of plastic. You may see a similar appearance on the bottom of the print.
I suggest that you do not try to remove the print until it is completely cooled. This will shrink the print and it will easily separate from the bed. You can also very slightly raise your first layer (0.02)
What you are experiencing is not a severe problem.
