So I tried to change the HotEnd. Now using a Mosquito HotEnd with stock Bondtech gears.
Result: perfect prints with different kind of PLA, except galaxy purple. There is no jamming anymore but a lot of stringing, which I don't have with other prusament filaments.
In a few weeks I will try to upgrade to the 3:1 Gears from BondTech for the Mosquito HotEnd. See if gets even better.

i got the same problems with galaxy black
i did almost every thing i did read in this post to get it working no luck
did anybody try 0.6 or 0.8 nozel??

Like in my post above I've updated to bmg-m mosquito and never ever had any jamming or clogging.

If I remember right the problem was the famous customization of the E3D V6 Hotend by Prusa. The original E3D V6 Hotend shouldn't have the same problem. But you have to look yourself to be sure.
It was one year ago I had the Problem since then I did a full bear mod and the bmg-m mod

Just replace the Prusa-fied heatbreak with the 2.2-2.0mm step with a normal E3D version with the 2.0mm smooth bore. While you're at it, you can upgrade to a titanium version.

I have a replacement heatbreak from E3d without the prusa mods (smoothbore) and when printing mystic brown I still had a couple of clogs and partial clogs. That was at 230c, at 215 it was more likely to clog. I eventually just reduced my retract value down to iirc 0.4 and that seemed to clear it up for me in combination with the 230c temp. Dread to think how bad it would have been with a normal heatbreak.

We're talking Mystic Brown, right?
Oddly - I seem to recall a few issues but don't recall doing anything to fix it; and have a lot of experience printing test parts using it (at defaults); and several vase mode models that turned out fantastic with no prep or funny business (that I recall today). But there was something about the bronze metal flakes in it would settle out. It wasn't as finicky as some of the other Prusa filament I've used.
ps: I do use the stock E3D-V6 smooth heat break.

Switching to stock E3D heatbreak solved my problem.

Update: Fiberlogy Easyprint still clogging with 220° and 0.3 retraction length. And 230° and 0.0 retraction length. Prusa Midnight Black works fine.

I have had some trouble with the galaxy mystic brown too.
Another kind of trouble: the external part has been damaged by prusaslicer .
here are some pictures of the problem :
As you can see, Prusaslicer buildn internal "support" for the external shell that have a slope ( note that on the opposite shell that is straight, there is no "support" inside.
This result in this very bad looking external part.
I tried the exact same Gcode with anothr filament ( 3D jake ecofil black mat) and the result was perfect. So my conclusion is that there is a problem with the mystic brown.
I sliced the file with cura,(tht don't put internal supports" printed it with mysric brown and .. Voila. Not perfect but very nice.
I would have loved to print it with prusasclier that give better results than cura :/
