Failed prints and no fail statistics

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone else is getting phantom print fails where no fail statistics appear?

Since December, I would estimate 1 in 3 prints are stopping mid print and for no apparent reason, when I lift the axis the print is perfect beneath the nozzle, the filament isn't jammed, the spool is good and frustratingly the print below the fail points are perfect.

I run PLA, PETG and Nylon and all have had the same issue, I use standard settings, accept for nylon but nothing out of the ordinary.

Is there a diagnostic method/tool I can use to try and find the issue? I've run all the self checks, calibrated, visually inspected every part but can't see anything obvious?

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have attached a few pictures of the fail stat view with the print for reference.

Cheers

Is your filament sensor enabled? If yes, turn it off and see if the issue persists. I've had issues with 3.5.x and the filament sensor stopping for no reason, and the pause usually leads to a crash. Issues I didn't have in 3.4.x. But turning the sensor OFF returned my printer to being useful.

I’d guess the sd card is disconnecting during the print. No fail code for that, but it will fail in that fashion.

#update

Literately witnessed the fail halfway through the first layer, the printer shutdown and restarted, like it would if you hit the cancel button.

Any thoughts?

Think I may need to speak with someone in tech support... heck just noticed what sub-section I posted this in haha

Will let you know how I go.

Cheers

Hey good suggestion, will try a new SD and reload the firmware just to be sure.

## new SD and firmware didn't work. Actually failing every print now!?
