Is it possible to specify infill in certain areas?
I've got this part that has a peg protruding from its center. The peg is going to be having about 7 lbs (about 3kg) pulled on it all time, Id like to give that peg an infill of 80% but I'm not sure how is it possible?

This video might help (watch around the one minute mark). In Prusa Slicer you can use modifier meshes, and that can allow you to set higher infills.

With prusa you can do fill in on every part of the model you want.
Right klik on model, choose cylinder, make only this to fill in.
