Innofil carbon fiber PETG layer adhesion

Hi,

I have an issue regarding layer adhesion with the Innofil carbon fiber PETG filament: it prints very well, but the parts break off very easily when loaded perpendicular to the printing direction (they break along the layers). I have turned off the cooling, reduced the speed, but it still isn't what is supposed to be (I am not able to break the 3DBenchy PLA cabin easily, but the carbon fiber PETG one is an easy job, it snaps right off).

I am printing with a 0.4mm Ruby nozzle at 0.25mm layer height and 270 degrees C (Innofil recommends between 260 and 280 degrees C). Bed temperature is 90 degrees C.

Has anybody printed with this filament successfully on the MK3S and could share the settings or at least what parameter might need tweaking?

Thanks.

For filled filaments, you usually need to reduce cooling and add some perimeters. That's normal.

It would also help to print a bit slower.
