How to get Translucent PETG to print

Was trying to print a lamp using Yellow Translucent PETG. The print starts and completed a couple passes, the printer pauses and then moves to the corner where it ejects the filament. If I retry the filament the same process cycles. Only when I remove the translucent filament will the print continue without interruption. Any suggestions on what might be the issue? I thought maybe this was due to the print sensor not reading the bed height as the printed layer would be scattering it.

Hello.
May be the filament sensor with this kind of filament. Try with "filament sensor" and (?) "autolloading" disabled and go.
And avoid direct light on the extrudeur where filament go.

I will see if I can get it to print, never thought of that. Thank you. 🙂
