How to avoid bad surface on printed parts

Hello all, can you give me some advice to improve my prints?

As you can see just in the base of head the surface is bad. Whort mentioning that I putted support to try to avoid this.

Break-away supports will almost always leave a butt-ugly underside on the model.  That's just the nature of the beast.

For a model such as the one you have, soluble supports will be the correct tool for the job.

However, for the MK3S series, this means adding the MMU2S and all of its attendant issues.

Alternatives include a true dual-extruder printer, perhaps waiting for the XL to finally ship, as I believe it has a dual extruder option.  (Please correct me if I am wrong.)
