How do I fix this?

Some prints do others don't. I don't know how to fix it. Any suggestions or tips?

looks like retraction zits. mostly normal, you can see them in the gcode preview before printing.

try using the align seams option in slic3r.

thanks for the reply
they do not show up in the slicer, however i did align the seam and the holes apeared in a line instead of all over the place, i tried simplify3d and they got better. i like slic3r PE more but i cant seem to make the holes or as you said zits to go away. in settings the only difference i see is the lift z in slic3r it is .6 in simplfy3d it is 0..
