How do I create a smooth first layer on textured sheet?

I'm trying to create a gasket using Fiberflex 40D with the textured powder coated sheet from Prusa.

The first layer is coming out rough because the texture on the sheet.

I was wondering if anyone knows a way to create a "breakaway" first layer in PrusaSlicer that would take away this rough layer.

This is why smooth sheets exist ... if you have an MMU you might try laying down a soluble raft.  Alternatively you could try using a domestic iron to smooth the surface, first spray with oil as a seperator and iron through a silicon baking sheet; or you might be able to use thick aluminium foil.

Printed thermoplastic gaskets work reasonably well as low pressure, low temperature seals - say water pumps with a couple of metres head, but don't expect to fix an engine.

Cheerio,
