How can i print with support but still get smooth print?

Hi... im sure everyone got this problem..
If you have support on a leg/hand of man.. or support on some parts.. the first
Layer after the support is getting messed.. not smooth clear as the rest of the print...
There is anyway to do it better?
Z distance support 0.1 or 0.2 doing the same problem... here is the pic.. sometime its wors then the situation on that pic..

Three points:
Z distance support = 0. Harder to remove bat generally better and smoother. I am not saying it is smooth, but you can fix it with acetone (in case of ABS) or some brushing ats (in case of PLA).
Soluble support - that needs two nozzles or MMU. Then you can wash off all the support see https://www.prusaprinters.org/printing-soluble-interface-supports-prusa-i3-mk2-multi-material/
Cut you prit to not need supports at all, and then glue it together (depends on usage...).

University: MK2S upgraded to MK3 with MMU2.0
Home: MK3
Materials: ABS; ASA; PETG; PET; PLA; Nylon; Nylon Carbon; CPE;
SW: Freecad 0.18; Slicer PE And still generating more troubles than whole forum together.
