RE:

Son, you will need to make the CAD file (stl or else) ready for print on your machine, that is called slicing. Download Prusa Slicer and familiarize youraelf with that, there's a ton of information on the Prusa site, in this forum and on youtube. The slicer will produce a gcode file which your printer will accept.

I try to give answers to the best of my ability, but I am not a 3D printing pro by any means, and anything you do you do at your own risk. BTW: I have no food for…

Most of the stuff you can download from thingiverse or other sites is so-called .STL files. They contain information that describes the shape of a model in terms of tiny, interconnected triangles. 3D printers don't understand STL files. You have to run those files through a so-called slicer. Slicers take the 3 dimensional information contained in an STL file and transform it into information the printer uses to move the hotend around in the xy plane and up along the z axis. The output of the slicer's action is a GCODE file. So download prusaslicer, load the thingiverse STL file, set up printer and filament information, and slice it. Transfer the gcode file to your SD card. And Read The F.… Manual!

If you have problems, don't post an STL or GCODE file here. Instead from Prusaslicer, use File>Save project as and generate a 3MF file. The 3MF file is similar to an STL file but also contains all your settings.

And one comment here, I've found that quite a few .stl files from Thingiverse (and other sites) are corrupt and do not slice and print properly.

Cura, an alternative slicer to PrusaSlicer, seems to be a bit more forgiving with wonky .stl files, but I've had some which Cura did not like as well.

There are countless techniques for attempting to repair corrupt .stl files.  I have yet to find one method that works on most, however.

Actually, I just realized the OP mentioned a .f3d file. That's actually a Fusion 360 file. Fusion 360 is a popular CAD program. You can design objects in Fusion 360, then export as an STL file, to go into the processing pipeline I outlined above. Nice by the designer to publish the f3d file as that makes it easier for others to remix it.
