Horizontal lines corresponding to features

Hi,

   I'm getting horizontal lines that correspond to features in the model (for example, the top of the curved section, another line corresponds to a screw mounting feature on the other side.  The defects happen in the same way every time with every filament.  Printing profile is the default 0.15 Quality profile.  Belt tension is at 278/282.  This was a factory assembled printer, it's always had this issue.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

Known issue.  Several threads discuss bulges (one is called buldges[sic]).  Slowing print speeds (or maintaining a constant print speed) and using the Detect Thin Walls option can sometimes help; some find using a different Slicer is the only cure.
