High temperature filament MAX TEMP reached failure

Hey all!

I'm printing a filament that requires a temp between 290-320 to print, and I've tried to print it on the Prusa, but I get a loud beeping noise that doesn't stop until I turn off the printer, and a warning saying that MAX TEMP is reached, error. Understandably it's reached it's maximum working temperature, but I've tried quite a few things to fix it and none of these have helped, any ideas?

I tried printing it at 290, it failed.

I tried printing it at 285, it failed.

I tried printing it at 285 with a fan pointed at the printhead, it failed (but slightly later on in the print).

I tried printing it at 280, it failed.

I tried printing it at 280 with a fan and an AC pointed at it for cooling, it failed.

I really don't know what to try. I could try an even lower temperature, but I'm concerned that printing glass-filled nylon any lower wouldn't be the greatest idea.

Worth noting that I'm using a Prusa i3 MK3s+ with hardened steel 0.4mm nozzle.

Bed temperature is 70 degs.

RE: High temperature filament MAX TEMP reached failure

Sorry to revive this old thread. Were you able to find a solution to this issue?  I have the same issue. Also using a hardened steel nozzle. I'm starting to suspect the nozzle.
