Herringbone planetary gear very stiff
Recently assembled the MK3S kit. Non functional prints such as the logo and whistle come out well.
Prints with moving parts such as the planetary gear test print or fidget cubes come out very stiff. I have to break them apart, even then they are very stiff and hard to move.
Any suggestions on how to debug?
Love the new printer. Much better than my old Luzbot Mini

Hello and welcome to the Prusaforum!
Based on the sparse information, I can only assume that the extrusion quantity does not fit, respectively too much filament is extruded.

@dloyer
Most print in place parts are printed with close tolerances and it is usual to run them in by working them. If they print free then after a short period of use they will become very sloppy...
The best policy is to work them dry until they begin to run free and then, after blowing out any debris, lubricate and work the lubricant around the mechanism.
Cheerio,

Thanks guys.
The calibration cube looked pretty good. Will try adjusting the flow a little lower.
Will also see if it gets looser with a little use
