Help printing RPi case lid

Hi - Im trying to print the lid for this RPi 3 case.

https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/4516-raspberry-pi-3-case-for-pi-buck-converter-direct-p

I tried to print this lying flat and got some bad sections on one end.  After trying again, I received crash detection errors.

I tried to print upright and there wasn't enough support to keep it stable.

Im assuming that printing a lid like this should be done lying flat on the bed and I need to resolve the bad print/crash issues?  Any thoughts?  Printer has been working great for other prints and I checked the belt settings and all seem ok there.
