Help needed for Prusaslicer Settings...

Hi,

I want to print a sorta spring with the most delicate wall thickness possible, so I chose a thickness of 0,4mm..:

from above, sliced it looks like this (its supposed to made in PA):

Sliced

though, here I run into problems...
Which settings will I have to choose -- or, what to do, if I wanna have a continuous extrution of filament on each hole-loop?

RE: Help needed for Prusaslicer Settings...

I am still new to 3D printing but I ran into a similar problem but it turned out that my mesh model was the issue.  May not be the same with you.  In my model, when I added two parts together, they looked like they were one part but when they were sliced, they ended up being two separate parts.  In my case, it didn't show up until printing.  I had to ensure that the second part was embedded into the first part to get the slicer to make them as one.   I did read about this problem a few days ago on this web site, Item 22.

There may be an issue with the slicer.

You may just be a fraction too thin.  The default extrusion width with a 0.4mm nozzle is 0.45mm.

Cheerio,
