Gridfinity Baseplate 5x5 not fitting

Hi,

I'm trying to print the file 'Frame 5x5.stl' found here https://www.printables.com/model/170486-gridfinity-baseplates/files

In the description it says 'A Prusa i3 Mk3 can print up to a 5x5 grid' however when I load it in PrusaSlicer I get an error saying 'A toolpath outside the print area was detected'.

I have set skirt loops to 0 and there is no brim set so just wondering what I am doing wrong. My bed size settings are set to x: 250 and y: 210 with origin set to 0 for both.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I dont have your project file but I did download the  model and load in a fairly normal MK3 profile set.  Without your project I cant guarantee that the slice is the same.

When sliced I got the warning briefly but it did slice and generate gcode.  I took a very close look at the preview, looking for things like a travel move or wipe going outside the y axis as it is right on the very limit to however many decimal places.

Changing to classic slicing instead of Arachne results in no warning.  So I took an even closer look lol.  There is a tiny tiny bit of extra extrusion on the front near the purge line that is added for some reason when slicing with Arachne.  Its slightly wider than a normal extrusion which is what is taking it outside the bounds.  Its really just a dot of filament.  For my slice I thing this is what is causing the warning.

So id suggest classic as slicing and see if you get no warning.  If you want to use arachne then you could rescale just the y axis of the model (unlock the scale first) and resize Y to 209.99  that has no warning even with Arachne and I highly doubt it will effect the grids function as it will be well within design/print tolerances.

Ahh I see it in three of the corners that is very strange, I wonder what causes it. I'll just print it using the classic setting.

Thanks so much for taking the time to look into that and for figuring out a solution.
