Gap in Perimeter wall

Hi,

First time reaching out for help as I just don't know what's causing this. There is a gap that is constantly being sliced in the external perimeters of the model and it's not being filled when printing. The wall thickness is 0.45mm, thin but should be printing as the rest of the model is that thickness and theres no problem. Any help would be much appreciated.

RE: Gap in Perimeter wall

The chances are that your stl has sections typically in curves, where the wall is less than .45mm Either set the extrusion width smaller. Say .42mm  Or set XY correction to say .05mm and you should find some of the gaps fill in You can't sensibly go below 0.42. Mm extrusion width. But you can easily go bigger than 0.2mm XY correction factor. Extrusion width and xy correction are in print settings-advanced menu Regards Joan
