flexifill 98a
Hi to everyone, I'm trying to print my first object wit flexifill, I've added the filament in riusa slicer.
The print start fine but after some minutes it's begin a strange sound, like a continuous "click" and the filament stop to extrude.
What I'm doing wrong? There are other settings?
Thanks for your help.

Reducing the tension on the idler help too, as to much tension flattens the filament between the bondtech gears.

Try turning off retractions... then reslice and print again!

@baklin
Thanks, and how can I do it?
RE: flexifill 98a
You do that with the springloaded screw at the left side of the extruder. Turn that screw 1 turn counter clockwise to start with.
See step 34 of this manual for the screw and the starting point for normal filament. https://help.prusa3d.com/en/guide/5-e-axis-assembly_169235#170950
After printing with flex and switching back to other filaments you will have to turn it back.

Hi Zerod10,
you can turn retractions off, in Printer Settings>Extruder1>Retraction>Length... it's a basic setting but this window was captured in Expert Mode... so there are more prompts than you will usually see...
