Flexible filament for casting plaster molds
Hi, this is how I make plaster molds at the moment.
1 print negative in PLA
2 pour a silicone mold
3 pour the plaster mold
I have tried 3d-printing mold 2 and pour the plaster directly in the 3d-printed mold. It does work for some molds. But the one in the picture did not. Since the PLA-mold is hard and so is the plaster, when I remove the plaster it won't come out in one piece.
So I'm looking for a flexible filament that prints well on the mk3s and can be used to cast plaster in.
The reason to get rid of the silicone mold is primarily because it's so expensive.
Anyone doing this that has some suggestions?

Multipart mold, increase draft angle.
