First layer Supports Peeling
Recently the first layer of my supports are peeling at the ends. I've already tried cleaning the bed with soap/water and IPA. My first layer of the prints themselves look just fine it's only the supports that peel. Things that don't require supports print just fine. This had only started recently.

I just had this problem tonight with Prusa PLA. I cleaned the plate with alcohol, changed the printhead out and adjusted the Z axis lower. I'm really not sure which one fixed it, but the problem is gone now.
It might just be the nozzle wearing with use, especially if you've been printing abrasive filament.
Reconfigure your first layer 'Z' value.

I've tried cleaning with IPA and adjusting the Z axis. Neither of those did anything and I can't change the print head at the moment because I don't have the parts to but will try it when I can.

I don't believe it would be the nozzle I just recently got the printer and I've had less then 100 hours total print time all of it being PLA. My first layer z looks fine both on the Z calibration print and a first layer square print. Both of them look nice and smooth no problems in them.
On close examination your first picture shows smears on the print sheet and the first layer could take a little more squish.
Clean the sheet again with dishwashing detergent (Dawn/Fairy) and plenty of HOT water, rinse well and dry with a fresh paper towel. Handle by the edges only.
Then please show us a picture of your first-layer calibration.
New printers' calibrations do sometimes drift a little as the machines run in.

both of these were printed at the same z -calibratuon of -1.357
That print sheet looks very worn for only 100 hours printing. Is the other side as bad?
The print sheet is still smeared, use dishwashing detergent and HOT water.
Your first layer Z could go a fraction lower, a tiny bit more squish. Only if the top of the first layer begins to ripple or show drag marks have you gone too far.
