Fillamentum ASA Warping Issues
Hi community,
i am having problems printing ASA from Fillamentum.
First of all settings and what i have done so far
Enclosure: Yes (reaches 30°C -35°C)
Nozzle: 255°C (after printing a Temp Tower and best results between 255 and 260)
Bed Temp: 100°C first layer after that 110° (settings kept from the Prusa Slicer)
Speed: 35-45
Satin Sheet (as recommended by the material guide)
Fan: 0-5%
Brim: 10-15mm
Infill 15-20%
I have an exhaust fan for the fumes that keeps running on 100% from alveo3D maybe i should turn that off while printing ASA
Now, i have checked the 3D printing guide from Fillamentum and they recommend printing on PEI. Tho i have seen a few entrys that say with those high temperatures PEI can create bubbles and thats why i kept going with the Satin Sheet as recommended by the prusa guide. What can i do to stop it from warping? Anyone experiences with the filament?
Attached what i am trying to print
