Failed Print

I am a newbie so be patient. 😛

I have printed half a dozen things with no problems.
I am trying to print 4 wheels for an RC car.
After about 60% complete with no problems I noticed the nozzle distance to the printed material was larger then usual and no material was coming out.

Could this be an error in the gcode? My last print of a single wheel went well.

Re: Failed Print

Most likely a filament clog. It happens from time to time.

There's a section in the Prusa instruction manual about how to fix a filament clog, so that's a good place to start.

Are you printing in flexible filament? If so I noticed that happen to me when I lowered the temp to 220. When the nozzle got far enough away from the bed, it clogged. Keeping it at 240 hasn't failed me yet (at slower speeds with Ninjaflex and Cheetah). If it wasn't with flexible, this could still be your problem. Do a few atomic pulls, and raise your temp a bit (maybe 10-20 degrees) to compensate for the heated bed being further away.
