Extrusion consistently stopping mid print, particular part

Wondering if someone has some ideas for me. I am trying to print the "Fan Stator casing with supports" on this thing:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1327093

I have reduced the retraction to 0 and the print will make it 8-9 hours in before it just stops extruding. It fails quicker with higher retraction. I have:
made sure hobbed gears are clean
Done the extruder upgrade
Changed the extruder PTFE
Spool rolls smoothly
Done cold pulls and found no debris
Idler tension is just more than minimum to extrude (havent had it consistently at the minimum but there have been at least 2-3 time that I have made a point to make it the minimum)

I am at a complete loss 🙁

You might have heat creep, maybe put in a few filament change commands and allow the nozzle to cool down mid print for a few minutes. Just make sure to clean any ooze from reloading / reheating before starting up again.
