Curling & Nozzle crash issues with specific model

I have a Prusa i3mk3S, and i recently made a part that maxes out the height of the printer, something i rarely do, and i have been having issues so severe i cannot print it at all, wasting a lot of filament, the issues are kind of random but all boil down to the same issue, the nozzle crashing into the model and knocking it off the print bed, or causing layer shifts, there are some overhangs in the model but nothing extreme, i have never had issues printing really steep overhangs up until this point and now it seems like my printer has just decided that it can't print overhangs at all anymore.

I mostly slice with Cura, but fall back on Prusa slicer when i have issues, but this time it won't work, even with standard profiles set for quality instead of speed it fails, and i have spent endless hours calibrating, rebuilding and lubricating the printer with countless test prints to get the best overhangs the printer could manage with no difference, i also tried only printing the head itself on the ground but this failed too except for that one time i managed to print it.
Im pretty much at the end of my rope on what to do, of course i can just split it into more parts but for this case it's really something i want to avoid, bed adhesion also isn't the problem since the model has a very big contact with the surface, and it takes a lot of force to knock it off the bed.

Tall thin models like this can be a challenge due to vibrations at higher height. One idea is to add break away supports in your design to stabilize the tall structure. Another thought: not sure what infill you're using but it looks like grid or rectangular. Grid infill crosses lines within one layer, and i've seen the nozzle collide with the accumulations at the intersections often enough to (mostly) stop using it.

I know it can be wobbly since the i3's design moves the bed, but this model is really thick and i did try to print the head only, but shure can i try changing the infill pattern, the green in the middle was the Prusa one, it defaulted to grids, normally i always use octet as infill.
