Corners lift up, no matter what i do -> Warping at Overhangs

Cheers, i've got an original MK3s with mosquito Magnum hotend, Bondtech Extruder and PT 1000 thermistor and an upgrade to mk3s+. Firmware all setup for the components.

I use the sunlu filament dryer and let my filament dry for 6 hours at 70°C so no humidity is left then. I feed my MK3s with reverse bowden to the dryer box.

I've placed my MK3S into an isolated enclosure so i have about 40-45°C room temperature while printing Prusament ASA (black).

I've tried several temperature towers. also changed the flow of printing cooler. But at all, it does not realy helped. It got better the higher i raise de temperature (at Fan 20%). But thats only the case cause the nozzel pushes down the filament. when its liquid so i do not get so much stuff around it.

I've used the quick printing tower starting at 280°C in 5° Steps. Also tried at 20%, 40% 60% 80% Fan Speed. Using original Prusament Filament Settings.

https://www.printables.com/de/model/91526-quick-temp-tower/files

250° Fan 20%:

The Edge looks ugly.

260° Fan 20%, better looking... But shall i Raise it to max temp??

Fan 20%

Fan 40%

Fan 60%:

dan 80%:

So if you look at the smallest details, the look the best at the hottest temperature. But when i print bridges, the little triangles lift a bit up (as well as the corner), and wipe the filament of the nozzle, so the nozzle creates a curl. Quite uggly.

So i Read this article: https://www.3dprima.com/de/3dprima/3d-druck-guide-haeufige-probleme-gruende-loesungen#A4 It tells me to lower nozzle temperatuer... well, i've done that, looked worse. :/

I would love to get some suggestions. Thanks a lot 🙂

As i could not upload MP4 Video, i just took some pictures of the issue.

Only thing I can add from my experience with ASA is it hates air movement. I dont have a full enclosure but I put up draft shields and have achieved pretty good prints with few failures.

Mouse ears. +1 on the draft shield. Dry filament is always better than wet. Ensure bed is CLEAN (boiling water, washing up liquid and elbow grease. Experimentally increase bed temp.

@ Sailor Eric, its getting better with more air 🙁 Even without it does not work.

@towlerg, I have no problems with lifting up from the bed. its because my printec corner above 5mm from bed will lift up. so it s not relatet to bed at all.

Does anyone else have an Idea?

Thanks in Advance 🙂

Cheers

George
