Chinchilla Ninjatek My Way
Wanted to contribute what's working for me to print ninjatek chinchilla. Have heard a lot of different things. Some of which don't seem to help.
I started with this model's config but a couple important adjustments ARE necessary as this IS NOT chinchilla. https://www.printables.com/model/12586-ninjaflex-profile-zero-stringing-flawless-print-be
1. Both my hotends (had to switch that out) needed to be at 245 degrees. There seems to be a very specific temp range for this material you must find...
2. First layer must be much slower than in this config.. Reasons relating to below.
3. Feed fastener(bolt) tension is huge. Sometimes this has to be adjusted multiple times to make sure the right amount of tension is on the filament. To loose and it slips. Too tight and it crimps. VERY fussy.
4. Spool holder. Because of that your spool holder must spin very freely so make sure you have that upgraded.
This material is maybe the softest out there and has some incredible uses. I am by no means an expert but hope that the info helps.
Attached is my current config...

Updated... So posted a little early as far as the config file. Retraction needs to be lowered. Attached my settings...
