Can't get any filament to load into my prusa mk3s.
My printer is fairly new and I have not printed much, but around 2 weeks ago, filament started to get stuck upon loading. I made another post talking about this and did everything recommended to no avail. This included heating up the nozzle to 280 degrees and trying to melt the obstruction or push it out of the way using a thin brass rod. The filament can go up to around the beginning of the heatsink and when I removed the nozzle the filament when pushed up can go up to around the same point. Pictures included. hello, some more detailed pictues would help ... but as far as I can see, the filament gets jammed or is blocked where the teflon-tube starts. (please correct me when i'm wrong.
If I were you I would dissasemble the heatsink (I know, it ain't fun because it involves quite some disasembling) and check all parts. My guess is that there is something wrong in the heatsink, prolly the teflontube.

The teflon tube "starts" at the Bondtech gears, and ends about 6 mm into the heat break.
If the PTFE collet isn't locking well (there are clips to help lock the collet) then the PTFE will ride up and leave a spot inside the heat break where dust collects and can cause a log jam of sorts. Disassembly is the only cure.
A temporary fix is to use canned air, and as best you can spray out the PTFE from the top. Some can have air tube tips tubes are small enough to fit down the PTFE. If that isn't working, use the Mr. Venturi trick.

Tim is right. The teflon starts just under the gear. I should rather have said: where the teflon ENDS.
