Thank you very much Tim. You have answered all of my questions 🙂 . I believe my belt tension is fine. 256/268 on x and y respectively. I'll check the screws on the motor's pulley.

Those values should be fine. There is also a useful belt tension meter on printables.com here.
You can also potentially improve print quality and reduce noise by putting the printer on a large mass. Here is what I have (500mm x 500mm paving slab sitting on 50mm of foam). Printer just has the factory supplied feet on it. The idea is couple as much energy into the large mass as possible. You could possibly improve this still further by actually fixing the printer to the slab - might try that one day 😀...
