Bubbles in my print with Prusa MK3S, not happen with other printers

Dear all,

I have a problem only with my Prusa MK3S while printing objects.

I use always same Premium PLA filament

As in the attached picture, I have a lot of bubbles with some prints. This happen only with my Prusa.

I have other 3D printers and I don't have the same result, with other printers and the same filament, result is perfect do not have any bubbles/default

For example have other cheap printer and do not have this issue

Do maybe someone had the same issue and can give me some help please or explanations? It will be helpfull

Thank you for your precious assistance

Mike

This tends to be filament related more than printer related.  Have you tried a different filament to ensure it isn't caused by absorbed moisture ?

If not moisture, how old is your printer?  Have you changed nozzles?  Or is this a brand new printer?

And one last query: When you sliced the file, what seam position are you using?

Hello,

Many thanks for your reply.

My Prusa is brand new

I used different filaments, also different colors and it happen always on it.

I also try with brand new filament just opened and the result is the same. And with the same filament on my other cheap printer, do not have any defaults. Very strange

I just opened other new filament from it's blister and this not change

Nozzle is not changed because it's brand new.

With the slicer, I use 100% infill and I put it on the flat side. Use 0.15 profile.

I also try with different position and always the same thing.

Also important thing, I have this problem in most curv side.

1000 thanks for your assistance

Might I ask why you are printing 100% infill?

Are you using the print fan at 100%?

And again: What seam position are you using?
