Best print surface and settings for printing ESD (carbon fiber) PETG?
Hi all,
Need some recommendations. I need to print a few hundred parts in this filament https://www.3dxtech.com/3dxstat-esd-petg/ at work. We have a Prusa I3 MK3s with both types of bed sheets (textured and smooth) and planning to get a hardened steel nozzle to deal with the abrasive nature of the carbon fiber filament.
Question is which bed sheet would you recommended for the PETG and any bed prep before starting a print?
Also I have heard you need to adjust some setting in Prusa slicer when using a steel nozzle. Any guidance at what to look at?
The parts we will be printing is a mainly flat mounting bracket with a single overhang. (will have supports turned on)
