Bad surface on outer perimeter using Sainsmart CF Nylon filament

Used current versionof Prusa Slicer 2.3.0. used Feberthree F3 PA-CF pro as filament starting point with minor mods to fan speed. Showing the top finish. PETG with stock settings next to CF Nylon
