Bad speed settings?

Hi everyone, does anyone have any idea what's going on? I plan to print several housings but those lines on the vertical wall are bothering me, could it be due to changes in speed / flow?
Any idea how to improve it?

Slow it down. I used 25mm/s on external perimeters for finish quality. Consider adding a perimeter if the walls are thick enough.
