Anyone know what could cause these stray 'tangent' lines

I'm printing a face plate for my AV connections and am experiencing a strange issue.

As in the pictures, there seem to be 'tangent' lines associated with the holes. It looks like there is maybe an extra trace of filament, resulting in an less than smooth finished surface.  This is a finished layer the last one before some labeling is printed.

Oddly the layer just below this was completely smooth.

This particular print was at .3 mm however i see the same behavior at .2 and .05.  Any ideas on how to fix?

Those are created as top infill is created when there is insufficient for an even line to be extruded after large areas are filled in. The slicer must extrude either a wider or thinner line to fill the gap, and it often disrupts the "lawnmower" effect created by even lines going in reverse directions.

You can try reducing your extrusion multiplier or adjusting extrusion widths. Even better, with the release of PrusaSlicer 2.3x, currently at Beta 2, there is a new "monotonic" infill pattern that should completely eliminate this problem.
