ABS fail after few layers
I printed several prints with PLA, and they were all fine. I had some issues, but by tuning the first layer height I solved them.
I tried to print with ABS, and I’m facing this issue every time. After printing some layers, the part starts to come off the bed, and then the PINDA sensor pushes the part away (picture attached below).
I’ve cleaned the bed with isopropyl alcohol and acetone (separately not together), changed the temperature of the nozzle between 240 - 255 C and the bed between 80 - 110 C, tuned first layer height, and it fails every time.
Any suggestions?

Four suggestions to try:
1) Scrub the plate with Dawn and copious amounts of water. Dry with clean paper towel. Never touch the print area.
2) Use a brim. Helps hold down the edge.
3) Use a skirt. Helps hold the heat in.
4) Use an enclosure.
None of these may help. ABS shrinks - a lot - as it cools and tends to warp itself off the bed.
