98A not printing well
I just got a roll of 98A to use with my MK3S printer, I used the 98A setting in PrusaSlicer-2.1.0 and the first thing that happened when I started to print a benchy was that the filament wrapped around the bondtek gear a bit making an s. After fixing that by loosening the screw squeezing the filament I tried again, this time after it started the second layer it got a "Thermal Runaway" Error, the heater on the nozzle was cooled much faster than it heated up, I kind've fixed this by turning the ac off in the room (It was about 55 F I think), Third try it almost succeded by making benchy but it just looks terrible. Fourth try after I did a "cold pull" to dislodge any possible dirt or filament in the nozzle (nothing was pulled out, its only a few weeks old) It wrapped around the gear again, fifth time it looks just as bad as the first one. I made a 20 mm cube to see if it was just benchy, it wasnt. Finally I printed a benchy using the Grey Prusament that came with the printer as reference.
I hope someone can help me with this problem
RE: 98A not printing well
try printing a stepper motor cooler, I think your problem, is similar to what Ive been experiencing, as the motor heats up, the already flexible filament is heated and cannot be pushed into the ptfe tube. I printed this and seem to have solved the problem..

remember to use a 5v fan, you can splice into the hotend fan (my plan) .
at the moment Ive resorted to a 12v fan and an external battery for a quick fix, but last night the connector failed, and thus so did my print.... 😥
