3D Lab's airplane printing

I bought the 3D labs Q trainer model https://3dlabprint.com/shop/qtrainer/
The supplied g-codes, though it states are for a prusa, are having bad layer adhesion on the infill so I would like to slice my own.
Does anybody know what the prusa control settings should be for printing these?
Such as infill % and quality, I assume optimal?
Thanks!
Jon

Re: 3D Lab's airplane printing

thats a pretty cool website. hard to say about the infill without either seeing it or the settings portion of the gcode, but it looks like they offer factory files for cura and s3d so you might take a look at the bundled settings for those. Seems like they want you to stay away from slic3r.

I once reverse engineered gcode using http://gcode.ws/

Just compare the visualization with that in your slicer and you might be able to find e.g infill density and style

Re: 3D Lab's airplane printing

I already printed the Q-Trainer and the BF109 Tony from them.
I can tell you there is NO INFILL.
If you have read the manual at least a bit you should have seen the passus "thin wall printing".
And that is it exactly. You only print a single wall. Except for the very first 1-2 mm where you have 2 walls (Perimeters).
And believe me afaik (and i tried some others) only Simplify3D can handle these settings and files.
But i can assure you that if your MK3 is setup correct the supplied GCodes work fine.
I used the Gcodes and resliced some STLs in S3D. Both works. Just dial your printer in and you are good to go.
The only thing you must know and what could be better comunicated is that 3DLab advices a very slight overextrusion of roughly +0.02 multipier in S3D.
