0.25 Nozzle Issue

Hi all.
Been using my Prusa MK3 for a while now, mostly with the 0.4 nozzle, to great effect. I wanted to try and get some extra detail in a prototype I've been working on, not really necessary really but I was just curious. So I installed the 0.25 nozzle I bought the same time I bought the kit. I have had some good prints from it, but also some oddities. I'm getting quite a bit of warping, the object bending upwards at the edges as it prints. I've tried it printing slower, around 10mm/s and then up to 20mm/s, mainly because I was concerned the small nozzle wouldn't cope with higher speeds. I'm getting quite a bit of very fine stringing, which comes off pretty easily, and the aforementioned warping. I've also tried adding a brim, at 3mm wide, and one or two layers high. Also tried a raft of a couple of layers, and although slightly better, am still getting some warping. I haven't tried the glue yet, didn't think it was necessary with the new sheet, and wasn't necessary with the 0.4 nozzle.
Also I'm using the Prusament filament, and also the print is quite low, around 5mm high in total and 30mm square, with a large hole in the centre.
Not sure how many of you out there have experimented much with smaller nozzles, and recognize where I might be going wrong, or have settings that will work, but appreciate any help you might be able to give.
I was also sent the upgraded MK3S kit which I will be installing soon, so will probably re-install the 0.4 nozzle at the same time, but would like to crack the 0.25 nozzle before that if I could.

Anyway, thanks for any help.
Cheers.
Kris.

Re: 0.25 Nozzle Issue

Warp has a couple of primary causes. A dirty bed (aka, poor adhesion); and insufficient adhesion. If the bed is clean, and a part still lifts at the corners, raise the bed temp to compensate: I go as much as 10c over nominal for the material (just guessing 20c is too much). Eventually there is a limit, and a part will just lift. That's when enclosures become useful. I'm also thinking corners with radii do better.

I clean my bed after every use, it's very clean. I do use the nominal figures for filament, 215c nozzle and 60c bed. I could try 70c and see what happens. Also maybe experiment with the skirt and brim settings and maybe the raft settings.
Thanks.
