Z Level Error and THERMAL ANOMALY

Hey y'all, recently I ran into an issue where, during a print, it stopped because of a "Z Level Error".  I thought it might be a caliration issue so I tried to run list layer calibration, and before it started, It threw a "THERMAL ANOMALY" Error.  Even after clearing the error, it would just keep throwing it.  I even had it throw the error once when nothing was pringing but I had the heater in my house on (The heater is extremely far from the printer itself, but that's the only thing that changed so I have to assume that was it?).  I now can't print anything as these 2 errors pop up continuosly when I try to print anything (usually THYERMAL ANOMALY gets thrown before the print even starts when it's warming up).  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

PS: I was thinking maybe I should change out the thermal sensor, but I'm not sure which one to switch out (Bed?  Nozzle?).  Also, Z Level error is odd, I( tried repositioning the PINDA sensor as I had previously replaced the nozzle and thought I'd done a good job of repositioning it before, but thought why not try again, and still got it.

RE: Z Level Error and THERMAL ANOMALY

Welp, I tried searching online and found an article that said that the Thermal Calibration should have been after the update (It had not).  Tried that, ended cleanly, tried to do a First Layer Cal and it still errored.  Later in the article it says that if that doesn't work, to try the PID Cal wit the heat you usually use, then do the Thermal Cal again, but after trying to do the PID Cal at 230, almost immediately I got a bunch of Thermal anomaly errors, followed by a Thermal Runaway error that then just stopped the printer from functioning... At this point I'm really not sure what to do, I've looked at the error online and tried all the recommendations, but nothing seems to able to escape the Thermal Anomaly...It even sometimes doesn't let me unload filament because of a Thermal Anomaly, making it difficult to do iterative tests.  Any help from anyone who's been able to solve this would be greatly appreciated
